Return and Exchange Policy for YAZIRCO

Thank you for choosing YAZIRCO. We're dedicated to your satisfaction and have outlined our return and exchange policy for your convenience.

1. Eligibility

a. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return

b. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

c. Personalised or custom-made items may not be eligible.

2. Process

a. Contact us at orders@yazirco.com within the 14-day window to initiate a return or exchange.

b. Ship the item back to us with the Order ID (YZR****) clearly marked on the package. You cover the return shipping costs.

3. Refunds

a. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection.

b. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable

a. Gift cards and select sale items are non-refundable.

5. Damaged Items

a. Contact us immediately at orders@yazirco.com with photos of any damaged items.
