Do I need to register for an account?
No, you can use our guest checkout if you like!
If you check out as a guest you won’t receive these benefits:

How do I create a YAZIR account?
Creating an account is simple. It’ll allow you to checkout with ease, receive updates and check the status of your orders.
On your way to the checkout you will be given the opportunity to either continue as a guest or create an account!
I've forgotten my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, please use the “Forgot your password?” link on the account sign-in page.
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Delivery
What delivery options do you have?
We understand the importance of having your orders as soon as possible, hence why we offer a range of delivery options to the UK, Europe and internationally.
- UK Second Class Delivery (2-4 Working Days)
- UK First Class Delivery (1-3 Working Days)
- UK Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days, weekdays only)
- EU Standard Delivery (8-10 Working Days) customs fees may apply
- United States and Canada (8-10 Working Days) customs fees may apply
We process orders within 24 hours. Next day delivery orders received after 1pm will be processed on the next working day.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally using standard delivery. (8-10 working days)
I haven't recieved my delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. If you wish to receive your order using next day delivery, orders must be placed before 1pm.
We process orders on a daily basis. Next day delivery orders received after Friday 1pm will be processed on the next working day (Monday). Any orders we receive outside of these times will be processed the next working day.
Please bear in mind during busy periods, couriers might have a slight delay when delivering packages.

What do I do if I am facing issues when placing an order?
If you’re experiencing problems placing an order, please contact us on orders@yazirco.com, and we’ll be more than happy to help.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours. We process orders daily. Next day delivery orders received after 1pm will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming this which will also contain the tracking information for your order.
Where is my order?

Can I cancel my order?
If the order has already been dispatched, we are not able to cancel it. Once you have received the items, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team and send them back to us in their original condition and we will refund your purchase.

If you are missing an item from your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll look into this for you.

Payment
What payment options do you offer?
We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, ShopPay, ClearPay and Klarna and many more other payments options listed in the footer below.
We also offer cash payments for only pickup deliveries within London, to find out more information please message us on Instagram @yazirco and state you would like a collection cash order!
Where can I use my promo code?
You can use your promo code during the checkout process.
Please make sure the code is successfully applied to your order before completing the purchase, as we will not be able to apply codes and discounts afterwards.
If you haven’t got a promo code. We do run offers and promotions from time to time. To keep up to date and ensure you receive a code, whenever possible. Subscribe to our newsletter to recieve news and discounts!
Returns
My items have arrived damaged
At YAZIR, we always try our best to package your items securely, so they are not damaged in transit. However, sometimes they might suffer some damage whilst on their way to you.
If this is the case, please contact our Customer Care Team at orders@yazirco.com
Please do not dispose of any packaging as you may be asked to return or provide pictures
Returning unwanted items
If for whatever reason you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return any unopened products to us. Ensure the item is still in its original condition, unopened and is returned to us securely.
We offer a full refund and exchange on packaged, sealed items within 14 working days of purchase.

Please also include whether you would like a refund, an exchange or a replacement.
Returns, exchanges and replacements are processed as soon as we receive your items. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending your item back to us.
