Returns Policy for YAZIRCO

Thank you for choosing YAZIRCO. We're dedicated to your satisfaction and have outlined our return and exchange policy for your convenience.
1. Eligibility
a. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
b. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
c. Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible.
2. Process
a. Contact us at orders@yazirco.com within the 14-day window to initiate a return or exchange.
b. Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
c. Ship the item back to us with the RAN clearly marked on the package. You cover the return shipping costs.

Required Steps for Processing: Identification: Include a brief note with your Instagram username or email. We have a preference for email for faster processing.

Request Details: Clearly state your request for a refund and we will issue a refund to the original payment and it should arrive within 10 working days.

Order Number: We need your Order Number, a vital step, please add this to the note.

Send the Product: Dispatch the product to the address provided above. Upon receipt of your return, we will promptly proceed with your refund or exchange, as requested.

3. Refunds
a. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection.
b. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable
a. Gift cards and select sale items are non-refundable.
5. Damaged Items
a. Contact us immediately at orders@yazirco.com with photos of any damaged items.
